V:30 June-Ann | Brooklyn NY

How can we improve health care access at the community level?

We have to make it more visible.

V:31 Elzie | Brooklyn NY

We tend to concentrate a lot on women. Yes, they are the backbone of the family but we also need our male counterparts.

V: 32 US Citizen| Rochester NY

It used to be that doctors were willing to come to your house if you couldn’t make it out. They can’t do that anymore, they can’t afford their time because you have such a demand on it – US Citizen

V: 33 Laura | Detroit MI

I lost my left eye in 2010 because I had no healthcare..kidney damage everything all because I had no health insurance. If I would have had health insurance I would have been a little stable.

V: 34 John | Detroit MI

I’ve been a heart patient; I’ve had back surgery & heart surgery & I think the system should be more flexible & allow more people to healthcare. We need to have it soon because a lot of people still don’t have it.

V: 35  Chloe, Sophie, Suzie | Detroit MI

Everyone needs healthcare, everyone should have healthcare.

V: 36 Francis | Detroit MI

The way that we run healthcare in the U.S from an economic standpoint it doesn’t make sense any sense. It hurts the people that can’t afford it the most.

V: 37 Larry | Detroit MI

They can give a better range on the price of medication that people could have and have to take for their wellbeing. The price of medication is sky high.

V: 38 Lana | Washington DC

We do more for those that are less fortunate. I think all Americans should have healthcare. I don’t care how they do it, I think it should be fair.

V: 39 Dan | Atlanta GA

They’re trying to get hospitals and clinics to be more efficient. I laughed the other day when I went to the doctor & they handed me a paper form, the same paper form I get every year. I’m like really you couldn’t even print the previous form & let me correct it. I have to fill it out from beginning to end. In this day and age it ought to be electronic

V: 40 Jason | Atlanta GA

I think when we can come to common ground you will see more happy people in the world. Hey, maybe even free health insurance, who knows! At the end of the day, it has to be affordable. We shouldn’t have to feel like we’re paying rent for health insurance.

V:41  Aivy | Atlanta GA

I had a motorcycle accident it was really small, I had a scrape on my leg & I waited for about 2 1/2 hours for a tetanus shot. And then they billed me like $1000, so I thought that was pretty ridiculous.

V: 42 Destin | Atlanta GA

Here it is kinda like you pay for it, & they tell you that it’s not a right it’s more like a privilege & that your wellbeing is like a privilege. It’s kind of backward because you think you would want society to be healthy & productive.

V: 43 Aaron | Baltimore MD

I’m a full-time caregiver for my elderly parents & I’m going through a lot of red tapes trying to get funding or some kind of financial assistance to help me stay home to give care to my parents.

V 44 Joe | Baltimore MD

“When you go to the hospital and you don’t have Healthcare they don’t help you & they don’t give you the things that you need. They get you right out of the hospital as fast as they can”.

V: 45 Samantha | Baltimore MD

For us old people it sucks! Spend some more money!

V: 46 Moses | Baltimore MD

Thank god for the health department- Maryland’s Health Department.

V:47 L’zerek | Baltimore MD

I think healthcare should be more affordable, It should be more attainable for veterans also.

V:48 Teresa & Don | Wisconsin

If our elected officials had the same healthcare as we all have maybe something would get done. I have a granddaughter that has SMA Spinal Muscular Atrophy and the insurance companies were refusing to buy her a wheelchair when she was 2 1/2 years old. They said that a 2-year-old didn’t need to walk

V: 49 Philipos | Washington DC

I believe that overprescribing is wrong and that there’s a lot of holistic & herbal medicines that can take the place of a lot of the prescription medicines.
